  • Every product is packed, sealed, and authenticated before shipment.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated ( some products are inclusive).

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or confirmation of payment method.

  • TargetShopEG.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, but typically range from 2–5 business days within Egypt.

  • Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details; TargetShopEG.com will not be responsible for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries due to wrong information provided.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to product authenticity and hygiene standards, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges: Allowed within 14 days of delivery, under the same conditions (unopened, sealed pack only).

  • Opened or unsealed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product. Processing may take 14 business days.

  • Redemption Codes, Promo Codes, and Vouchers: Once activated, redeemed, or used, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

5. Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • All products sold on TargetShopEG.com are guaranteed authentic and original.

  • Products may carry manufacturer warranties, where applicable. Warranty claims must be directed to the official service centers as per the manufacturer’s policy.

  • TargetShopEG.com does not offer additional warranties beyond what is provided by the mother company.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • TargetShopEG.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse, delay in delivery, or third-party logistics failures.

  • Responsibility is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product.

7. Promo Codes & Offers

  • Promo codes and offers are valid for the specified time period only.

  • Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
